record time. Saved me from a panic attack. Truly appreciate that! Some cons: a bit slower than my previous BlueHost, but definitely far less expensive. Also uses the latest MySQL on VPS only, not shared hosting.

What happended with me: 25 April 2026, I purchased a hosting from there. and it was pending quiet long. 8-10 hours later I contacted them, and final...

ly they activate my service. It was crazy. after setup everything, I can't edit my website with Elementor. It responded 503 Server error everytime. I checked my resource and it is under limit. then I tried every possible fixes in my website. still it didn't work. I tried different hosting company with the same site. it works very well there. So reached the customer support. they were not able to fix that issue. Overall I was unhappy with their service (because of some major issues), and it was 2 days only. So I requested them for a refund. Because 30 Days refund guarantee was written in their website everywhere. But they disagree with my issue and didn't refund me. They tried to told me so many wrong info to avoid this refund. Lol. So, Never buy anything from them. it's a kind of scam.

Not good at all

I am using arvixe since 2017. It always had some problems but usually they fixed it in a day or so. 2014 has been a nightmare. A lot of problems that ...

left us with no mails at all. And finally since 24/4 we are 30% of the time with no mails AT ALL and we cannot receive mails from Gmail!!! Support everytime tell me that the problem will be solved and that is escaleted to the admins and that they will inform us when everyting will be ok. After 4 days the ticket automatically closes with no feedback. We are seinding again, the same answer, the ticket closes after 4 days. This is going on for the last 3 months... I ve asked for a refund but they say it is not at their policy. I believe that they are going to close soon... This is not a serious company, they are con artists. We are searchinf for another serioug hosting company. STAY AWAY.
