mail was not mine, it happened 3 times. Customer service: Worst customer service. The online chat representative always closes the chat ON purpose. I am also sure they temporary block the chat based on IP or whatever means they use. Very useless customer service. You get what you pay for.

SiteGround restricted access to emails and our website with 14h notice, as the plan was insufficient. The upgrade was worth £40. This is highly unprof...
essional, as small businesses rely on using their email constantly and the website needs to be functional. Surely there are many ways of getting £40 out of your clients in a civilised manner, other that sending a random email and then stopping all services within 14h. We will definitely be changing providers and strongly advising our partners against using SiteGround.
