out replying. They promised they will move the server to a new node but didn't do it. They promised they will add 1 month credit but didn't honor that as well. This is from India noida team understand that this is good for hibbiysts for small servers. We have flagged this company and blacklisting it from all government tenders and our tech community. This is a fraudulent and unreliable company. Avoid at all costs. I have attached the ticket screenshots. The server is down everyday for more than 6 hours when we notice it we start it from the portal but again they stop it. This is what is going on since the refund period ended. Now we are also raising a chargeback and all legal action against them. They say they have 24*7 support is a false claim. They don't even reply to chat or tickets. One message every few days with no resolution is what their forte is. They know how to waste customers time. They don't know server management is a mission critical work.
