r. I bought the Pro plan for three years. It has been 4 months, and I believe that it has been one of the best decisions in my SEO life to find this company. They solve the problems in five or seven minutes. Each of my problems is clearly understood, and their help desk is online almost 24 hours a day. What else can I want? We thought it was very frustrating so I bought another ram package and DOUBLED the amount of ram, (6gb to 12) but there were absolutely no difference..
Despite all the pain from the lag we pushed on, but the day after we couldn’t even connect to the server anymore, I tried restarting 3 times.
It killed the mood completely for us, and the worst thing is that they didn’t want to refund anything, not even the order with the doubled amount of ram.
They provided us with a new server, and then they say the fault isn’t at their site, like, why give us a new server then? Were there anything wrong with the previous one or what?
Why would I order another 6gb of ram if we weren’t having lag issues, and who’s fault is it that it’s laggy?
It was just me and one friend, so the amount of players were not the issue.
I’m not sure if they give out faulty ram servers or anything, anyway, I recommend something else.

I have used many hosting services including aws, godaddy, BlueHost, hostgator, Contabo, OVS, etc for different clients in my entire professional career but chemcloud is very opportunist.
also, their technical staff is so much incompetent that often they refuse to install some packages or install them in a way that is not useful and generates issues.
Personally, I would not recommend it to any of my clients.
