Even though it's not their responsibility, they always help whenever I contact them. The only problems I encountered were because I was tinkering with the servers myself. Otherwise, everything works perfectly. Some companies just keep you waiting. Those who own websites will understand me; a server downtime of even a couple of hours causes huge losses.
