I’ve been a customer of IONOS for years and am satisfied with the service I receive. If I have a problem, someone is there to assist personally shortly. The hosting is stable and easy to use.

Více ng back to the previous one, paying a bit more expensive but I have the standard support. It would be good if one day IONOS educates its support team and takes care of customers as they deserve. I have read comments on different platforms (Twitter, YouTube, etc) and I am not the only one disappointed! So something is very wrong with your support team. Even though the card was removed from my account, they still tried to charge that same card in January (4 months later) and are holding me responsible for a charge back fee and have suspended my hosting account until it is paid. 48 minutes on the phone with a customer service rep who wpuld not listen got me absolutely nowhere. The customer service rep could not understand that this was an issue with Netfirms' billing and kept telling me I need to talk to the deceased person's non existing bank/credit card company!
