I migrated to Veerotech after what can only be described as two nightmare hosting experiences, one with the first reseller hosting provider I used. Instead of blindly searching through Google, I reached out to a couple of online tech communities for recommendations. And I'm really glad that I did. Veerotech handled the migration in flawlessly and everything was up and running within a day. I've found their tier one support to be so-so, and I experienced a little bit of downtime the first month while they were mitigating a DDoS attach. However, the company proactively issued a refund, which I was very impressed by and surprised at. Overall, this has been an extremely positive experience so far and I would happily recommend to anybody looking for a reseller host that they can trust.
Been using Veerotech reseller hosting for just under 4 months. Move from the previous hosting was night and day in terms of better performance. They are not the cheapest around, but not the most expensive I've found either. Tech. support is very good.
Downsides? I personally had some hickups at the start. No major, long downtimes, but occasional 10 minute ones, a few times per month. From what I could gather, it's not common with this hosting provider. They offered to move my account to their different server (the one I was on was apparently problematic), without waiting for them to fix the problems on the server I was currently on. After that move, it's all been good. So I ranked reliability with 4 stars - might update after a few months if it all remains nice and stable.
Veerotech have been stable, I'd give them 5 stars on reliability now. Also, with the cPanel new change of prices, I'd say Veerotech prices are at least 4+ stars competitive now. And, what's just as important, if not more, their pricing policy looks like a long-term sustainable one.
