Wij huren sinds 2018 een aantal servers. Nooit echte problemen gehad, en daarom deze positieve review. Ook in het weekend goed bereikbaar als er problemen zijn. Ik zou zeggen ga zo door.
Very positive experience for our VPSs, helpfull technical support staff
We've been with Snel.com for some months now with some of our VPSs, and we're absolutely happy with their level of support. Emails get answered without failing, they are very willing to assist in the technical stuff and (for us important) the support staff are more than willing to help us. We're coming over from another provider for exactly that reason: support in case it's needed.
Having servers on several big players of hosting companies in Europe and the US, Snel is by far the company that delivers the best customer service. Their servers are of high quality and value for money is good. If any minus point is that our technical team doesn't get all the details on disks technical details needed to make a decision which to use, which has caused delays in the projects as disks needed to be replaced even before going live with servers.
We've been with tons of hosting companies, by far Snel offers the wide range of servers. We had some issues setting up our server, but it was fixed within a few hours and we've been going great so far.
I have their cheapest VPS with them for hosting my mailserver: Mail-in-a-box. Everything is working as expected, Fast setup. Port 25 is blocked, but you can workaround that by using their relay. It passes on DKIM, so it plays nice with my setup.
Their system marked my order as potential fraud (happens, I'm used to most WHMCS integrations doing this), but redirected me to the payment gateway (Bitcoin) anyway. I attempted to pay, but the payment wasn't recorded.
48 hours later, the support hasn't replied. They haven't credited my payment, and haven't refunded it either. I cannot begin to imagine how their after-sales service is going to be.
Ok now I understand the reason that we couldn't find you as a customer. Our system is removing all data of persons/customers data (because of GDPR) that has not any active service, that was the reason that I couldn't find you as a customer in our system.
As I can see the order was marked as possible fraud and yes, we didn't receive your Bitcoin payment in the first 4 days because of a problem with the Bitcoin provider (Now we are working with a better one, CoinPayments) we were working with at that moment. After that long waiting you have requested sus to refund and we have refunded the payment to your PayPal account.
I could only find a couple of tickets about your refund request, see the screenshots below. We have paid you back as it should be.
