serverhino’s representative was the first who answered my pre-sales question regarding their dedicated server. i contacted simultaneously a few providers and from them i got first reply. i had been looking for a server solution in germany. rep gave me full information, test links. for the first time i didn’t consider them as main candidate. but after some test and comparison i had a conclusion: serverhino seemed to be the best by price and comparable for other tech parameters. i signed up for 3 months as it gave me 5% off the bill. server delivery was within a few hours. i ordered r-hexa pre-configured server, so i assume that was main reason for such fast delivery. i contacted support guys twice or so and got help. i assume support is their key feature. uptime. no maintenance was scheduled for their datacenter and network provider and as result uptime is 100% after 2 months. fast links. it seems they are using fast link connection, so i can cover my target location with the best possible speed. judging by first impressions i made a good choice and i can consider myself as fully satisfied in the ways i needed. i would rather recommend them if you ask me.

Negative stars would be better for Serverhino. They are a COMPLETE SCAM. They install crypto miners on your VPS and then accuse you of doing it. They refuse to refund you, even though you've proved that they install malware. DO NOT USE SERVERRHINO.
We are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. Our support communicated and tried to find out the reason why you had a security vulnerability on your server but unfortunately on your initiative, our proposals were rejected. Also, the threats of DDoS attacks received from the client suggest that the work of the client's VPS and the software installed on it went beyond the legal framework of use. For these reasons, according to our SLA, we cannot issue refunds.
DDoS Attacks! What utter rubbish. I've had VPSs with 4 different companies using the same installation script and I've now moved to another company with the same script. NEVER have I been accused of bruteforcing or DDoS. YOU are the problem. As soon as I moved to another company, all my problems disappeared. They are better in every way but most importantly, unlike you, they don't install crypto miners on my VPS, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.
