I've been a customer of their for 4+ years. Sadly, VMs go down more and more often. I had a VM that started going offline sporadically. Tech support can reboot them for you, that's about it. I kept asking the support for 2+ weeks what was going on with the VM, I needed the message from kernel at least to troubleshoot. Nope, all my questions were ignored, had to build the VM from scratch! According to their policy they do not refund any money you've spent, so even though it was a year+ of unused service left on mine since I prepaid 2 years because of my trust in them. Now I am stuck with the VM with unacceptable downtime for one more year but certainly will be moving out after. One i needed a new micro website server and was aware of this host from friend of mine. I was very unsatisfied "using" it though. Registered and then ordered VPS by sending payment for an invoice with my credit card. Nothing happen, for 20 minutes, so i've created support ticket (with Urgent flag) with clear request to activate VPS. no one replied for 2 hours. Then i posted message "???" and "Vitaly" answered me to provide scan of my passport and even more crazy document, "Proof of Address" ("something" 60 days old with my address and name in it, like mail or billing, OMG). Despite the fact i've entered full personal data including name, phone number and paid with credit card, and a resident of non-EU country, these punks are not interested in their clients. They better be punished. I am very confused that for long time i was not even asked for "proofs" and was awaiting "automatic" service i paid for, as it normally happens. think i know what to do next time in Germany.
I don't think it's neccessary to upload screenshosts with all ticket and payment infos.. Although i have all.
