We have very long relations with rockhoster from last 5 years. We have been using multiple rockhoster VPS services and we are always satisfied with the service provided. The issues faced by us were also immediately solved by the support.
So my website has been up and running for over a month now and i can't seem to have any complaints. As compared to the other hosting services Rockhoster is very friendly on my pocket and the support has been with me everytime i needed any.
This hosting just sucks. They suspended an account and cannot did not tell the reason. Also website files cannot get back. Not recommend to anyone use this company. Miserable support. Seems they have 1 person freelancer who operate this company!

We do not suspend any account unnecessarily, the accounts are suspended under only some circumstances like overdue on payment, breaking of terms of service or breaking of accepted usage policy.
