Been with Namehero for just over a year now. Had no downtime, service and speed is excellent. I've contacted customer support on a couple of occasions, not for any problems with the service but for more general help and advice, response was prompt, polite and always within an hour. Best hosting I've used and I've been hosting sites for over 10 years.
First month of using the reseller account and no major issues. No downtime experience. Max 45 min waiting time for ticket answer . Only disadvantage is automated live chat. But when u get to human operator first class cc service given.
I've called 4 times now to get someone on the line and answer some pre-sales questions. I have not once been put through to anyone. All I get is an answering service who wants to take my information and " have someone" call me back. When I say, no thanks, and ask what time will they be open? none of the 4 operators knew when they opened??? NOW this may not seem like a big deal? I however take it as the 1st display of dishonesty, or misrepresentation. If they are not going to be honest about offering 24/7/365 support what other claims they make are also not going to be true?? In my opinion. There are many other resellers out there that have actual employees that provide answers and support techs on duty 24 /7 to answer the phone, that these guys shouldn't even be an option.
After looking at our call logs, I personally spoke with you on the phone on 02/08. So I'm not really sure what the problem was here as you didn't indicate any problem to me while discussing our services.
You know I wasn't going to say anything more. but since you seem determined to give a false impression. YES I did finally trick my way through calling as a client to get someone to put me through to a "Support" operator. and yes, that "support tech" was YOU!!! So it is apparent that this is a one man show. now if that is fine for someone to have as their hosting "supplier" good for them...and you. I on the other hand can not put my client's websites in that position.

We do answer our phones / live chats / support tickets 24x7x365 but as I mentioned previously, we were working on our phone routing that day. Therefore, some of our calls were routed to a receptionist while the issue was being resolved. That's why you were piped through to me at 10:32 a.m. as they were able to transfer to me personally.
