I am so sorry you feel this way. Our main objective is to make sure every customer has the best experience using Hyper Expert and we are always here to help if you have any issues. That said, your review has many discrepancies that must be addressed. You submitted your ticket at 11:39 and it was replied back to at 12:54, so you see, this is a lot less than 10 hours. We tried helping you with your software issues despite letting you know, multiple of times, that your service is self-managed, and it is outside of our capabilities to help you troubleshoot your website issues. Finally, and most importantly, despite never asking for a refund like you claim, we have offered you a 6 months free service or we can still issue a full refund if that's what you would like.
You see, Cameron, our goal is to make sure every customer is fully satisfied with our service and we work very hard to achieve that goal. We stopped responding back to your angry tickets after 2 days of trying to do our best explaining to you that your software issues are outside of our support capabilities and you are responsible for maintaining your own website. Also, lying in reviews is not nice!
