When transferring one of my domains into Hostname, I encountered an issue not being able to update any DNS records for that domain. There was a curly issue that needed to go all the way to auDA support via the registrar. The Hostmate support team owned the issue throughout and, despite having to pay for domain registration a second time in a calendar year (thanks auDA!!), the issue was resolved.
