They offer VPS in 6 different locations, but there're only 4 of them. And you will know about that only after purchase. On the 1st day support said okay, no problem, we'll request the server migration, just stay tuned for a couple of hours and we'll answer you. The next day I asked them how it was going and received the information, that unfortunately they don't provide the VPS in the Netherlands anymore. I don't know how good or bad their servers are, but their control panel is one of the best I've ever seen and the support team responds fast and friendly.
I've tested their hosting with my woocommerce website and the speed is so average. The worst thing was their support, so unprofessional, mostly without a proper knowledge. My question was related to the issue of uploading max files which after many days of writing it turned out that they can't do anything with it, even with the proper settings in their PHP management. Many people picked my ticket, giving me strange not related with the issue suggestions, some of them did not even read the previous posts and I had to confirm that I already did things they have asked. Their support it is just wast of time.

сначала больше часа убеждал тех поддержку, что 503 ошибка это на их стороне, а какой то тупой чувак отвечал по 20 минут и говорил что ошибка в кэше))) Потом все таки они поняли что ошибка на сервере! Но решить проблему им так и не удалось!
Сменил план на 2 уровня выше, обычно в других компаниях это происходит моментально, тут это происходит очень долго!
Поддержка отвечает очень долго и тупо! допустим я написал сообщение и надо ждать более чем 30 минут на ответ, сразу же им отвечаю и снова надо ждать 30 минут и так продолжается часами и почти затягивает целый день!

Don't purchase hostinger support team is not helping their customer to solve their query
I purchased the business plan in hostinger using social login next day I am not able to log in using social login. also, I have tried to reset the password but it not working because I haven't gotten any email to reset the password. also, I have sent my query to the Hostinger support email ID for the last 8 days also I have had to chat hostinger support agent but I haven't gotten any update on my query worst experience am also going to report this to the consumer court due to this issue I lose too much money which I can't bare it.

3 years back when I first started with them, the support was just one chat message away and the quality was good too, but over the years, their support quality has declined and it isn't as good as it used to be.
The wait time is way too high. The last couple of interactions I've had with them, I was made to wait for at least 30 minutes on an average. You would expect someone to respond faster once they are attending to you, nope, 5-10 minutes of delay even there, sometimes upwards of 40+ minutes before you get the reply to your last question.
Because of this, the flow of interaction is disrupted and you start contemplate ending the chat rather than having your questions answered. They have 0 respect for your time and here's the worst part, sometimes the responses are not even related to your questions and even scripted.
A couple of weeks back I raised a concern with them and they promised to follow up and offer clarification. But over 3 weeks later, no one contacted me and I myself had to follow up, and when I did, I was asked to provide more details on what it was all about, i.e. despite me mentioning whom I spoke to and what the discussion was about, I mean you would expect them to pull out the notes using key details, but nope, I don't think they properly document anything.
You ask for a supervisor and the reps impose themselves on you and you never really get to talk to a supervisor. A while back there was a compliance team that you could escalate these things to, but they too seem to be caring less now.
And on btw, the experience hasn't improved even after going for their priority support addon, the only improvement is that there is a crown icon on top of the chat box and you get to send a message to support faster, but wait time still seems to be the same.
So, bottom line, Hostinger's infra seems good, but if you are not particular about the level of support offered to you and have no respect for your own time, Hostinger is for you.

What's the use of sharing my insights when I've already started to look for alternatives? 3 years is what you had to fix the issues within your support team. I've shared my feedback numerous times. Now I am moving on, but credit where it's due, despite your shortcomings with regards to Support (which is why you have 3 from me, -2 is actually for Support, else it would have been 5), I do recognize the fact that the server performance is good. It's just that I've lost faith in your support after I was made to wait for as long as 30+ minutes each time I contacted you, and it hasn't changed even after I opted for your priority support addon. Plus all the bot-like responses, lack of understanding on part of the reps etc has put me off and I am weary of it. So I will still maintain that your services are good and it's for anyone and everyone willing to disregard the support aspect of it. Btw, I am on your Cloud Hosting Pro plan, so my observations regarding the server performance are for the Cloud Hosting Pro plan alone, not the shared hosting ones.
So, just yesterday I had an issue where I wasn't able to connect via SFTP, earlier I was able to, but after the recent downgrade, the server changed and hence I was having difficulty connecting. Of course, my first thought was "IP", so changed that, but despite the update, I was unable to connect via SFTP. I knew the settings were fine since I was still able to connect through FTP, but not SFTP.
So what did I do? I contacted your support, do you know how long I waited before I even got a response? over 1 hour.
Okay, I waited, I thought that at least the level of support would make up for it, but guess what? I was only given a misleading information and in the end my issue wasn't resolved either.
The rep maintained that the port number that I have to try is 22 - which was incorrect, while that's the standard port number universally, for your server it's 65002. Before the downgrade, I was able to connect perfectly fine through port 65002, that info is available on the SSH Access page too.
In the end, the rep just ended the chat saying that I need to send them screenshot of the error.
Today I contacted you again, and while waiting for someone to respond, I decided to try something. So I went to the SSH Access page and disabled SSH and re-enabled it, and guess what? The issue was resolved.
The sad but unsurprising part here is that a) I had to wait for over an hour before someone responded b) I was given a misleading information.
So my resolve to move away from you is further solidified here. Sad thing is, your back end team is amazing, I can see that your technical team has worked hard to bring improvements in the the way your server performs (judging by the avg response time, uptime etc), but their efforts are let down by your front end team.
PLEASE GO AWAY AND DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!!
