I have been using Hivelocity for around 6 months now and have been a very happy customer. I am pretty picky when it comes to hosting providers. I want to be able to customize my systems in a very specific manner, and I also want a host who has good peering relationships and knowledgeable customer support. Hivelocity has delivered on all three of these.

They were able to quickly provision my system from their easy to use portal, and support was very responsive when I had questions about hardware provisioning as well as for other networking related issues. I am also very happy that they provide native IPv6 to my systems which is another primary requirement for my systems. The network performance has been fantastic, and the fact that they have a presence at 1 Wilshire in LA is also another huge bonus for me.

My company has a server with Hivelocity for over two years now. We have never had a minute of downtime during work hours. The reliability is great. They are always quick to respond to my requests and questions. I have even tested them and called on holidays.

I started my first website, hosting with Hivelocity, at the end of 2000 or beginning of 2001. (long time ago it was, don't remember the exact time)
The thing that has kept me with them all these years has been the fact that you can count on them when you need their help desperately. there has been a few times that I found myself in that situation, website down and client upset, and I can say with certainty that Hivelocity has come through for me every time.
I have worked with other hosting companies as well, mainly when I took over a new site, but always I moved the site to Hivelocity as soon as I got the chance.
I trust these guys enough to bet on them for the survival of my business. I still remember the rep that sold me my first hosting plan. Steve, and I am glad to say that he is now perhaps one of the executives of the company, if not he should be, and in a few occasions long after that initial contact I emailed him to ask for special favors.

The Hivelocity sales and support team are great to work with. They are friendly and responsive, and don't make you feel like an idiot for asking for help with server issues. I don't see myself ever going elsewhere.

Skill and quality of Hivelocity staff is something that you don't see every day. We have few racks with HV in Dallas, and i have to say that i was worried after HV acquired Incero. Quality of support and level of service that we are getting is best in the business.

I have been with Hivelocity since about 2012. I have tried many other hosting providers and they have always fallen short in one category or the next. Their support team is bar none. I currently have a full rack of equipment in their Los Angeles Facility, and rent 22 servers on top of that. Highest uptimes with the lowest latencies. And they are now in several locations around the US! They have worked with me when times were rough and allowed me to push through. Working with Hivelocity has been nothing short of a stellar experience over the years. I have always felt like their number one customer. There is nothing wrong I can say about them. Heck, I have even had servers not drop a single packet across the united states during the last two hurricanes. Pretty impressive.

I am extremely happy with services, which I have received from Hivelocity. Suport was quick and accommodating to all my strange requests and they handled me well. I am impressed with the network quality and mix of blends and I am happy that I chose them as provider. I totally recommend them to anyone.
