We are providing web hosting without any limits for starting package and we charge monthly. We dont limit bandwidth, ftp, email accounts, addons, upload file size etc.
i am quite happy with their team, i had to migrate my 3 servers and needed a cluster setup and bigbluebutton setup. They provided me cheap price and support team did a wonderful job Sandeep and Sanjay in particular!
All the positive reviews here are fake and posted by the company and their staffs themselves. This company is so poor in their services. Their customer support is non-existent. Customer support agent (or might be the owner himself) when reached, threatens customers and tries to blame the customer for server downtimes. Will never recommend this hosting provider to anyone!

ALART} Don't buy VPS or any service from hapihost all are unskilled hired and don't have the manners to talk to customers just giving excuses I've sent a ticket about ping getting too many packet losses which cause server down. they ignore me and give excuses we have a firewall bla bla bla & call Mr. Sandeep and they'll suspend your VPS before the due date and not even give your data for 5 minutes of activation pay more and go for good don't go with such a cheap trap thank god I was taken for a month.
I've been consistently let down by Hapih Host due to frequent and lengthy downtimes. What's even more exasperating is their customer support, which is unresponsive and unhelpful. Their slow response times and lack of accountability have made this hosting experience a nightmare. I strongly caution against using this service if you value the reliability of your website and expect responsive customer support.
I face many difficulties with the server. few days ago the server unable to connect and i raised a ticket . i got a reply from support "the server going to power state mode". after that 2 days ago again server not accessing. when i contact support team they said that the server is crashed and need to re-install the os. how this happens and what about my data. as a administrator i am managing more than 12 servers in Ctrls, Ewebguru, Interserver and GoDaddy etc. they are pretty good. the server os crashing is a serious offence when dealing with clients. no one from support are trying to figure out the issue instead of they are showing interest on re-installation. Very bad, worst service and poor infrastructure from Hapih Host. i am expressing these words with heart full of pain while leaving the server.
They just spam on quora and every other social media with their fake reviews don't trust them at all. Their services are not cheap. There are better Hosting providers out there.
Recommended..... Support can be further improved. This is the country of India, where the consumer is given the status of God, they should go ahead with this, only then, they can become "Endurance" [Newfold Digital (formerly Endurance International Group (EIG)].

I am using Hapih Host service from last 1 year, they have plenty of services and also in very attractive rate. But the best thing I found is Service & Support. Which is the most important thing to me being a client. They are giving 24x7 support even in holidays someone is always ready to give support. Beside that they will give you proper guidance to select the product of your need.
