Mon appel au sav s'est résumé à 15 min d'attente, un "Allo bienvenue" robotique et plus aucune réponse, j'ai entendu la personne en face poser le téléphone (ou le casque ou j'en sais rien) et puis on m'a laissé parler dans le vide. Plus rien.
Franchement c'est lent, cher, compliqué, pas très user-friendly, support bien mais très lent. Honnêtement pour moins cher j'ai clairement mieux ailleurs.
Joli site ! mais l'arnaque au renouvellement est bien là, et aucun remboursement ou avoir n'est possible, j'ai perdu 90 balles à cause d'une erreur de manip, et il me propose de repayer 70 balles pour avoir la même chose !
Tellement un mauvais service et l'aide technique seulement en anglais. Les techniciens qui pourraient facilement traduire ce que l'on écrit nous traitent comme des moins que rien parce que l'on est francophone. Il y en a un qui a refusé de m'aider pour cela. Quelle arrogance. Je vis au Québec et nous avons une LOI pour le service en français. J'ai payé pour trois ans et je veux fuir.... mais pas pour me faire arnaquer ailleurs.
Faites très attention à votre date de renouvellement, ils disent qu'ils previennent un mois à l'avance mais ne le font pas, et le renouvellement est non remboursable. Service client d'une arrogance rare et irrespectueux. Du jamais vu de ma vie... Fuyez !
Terrible ! et cher pour rien! Je voulais payer plus cher pour gagner du temps et avoir de assistance en cas de besoin, raté. Mon site est tombé down après un changement de serveur supposé être meilleur, car celui que j'avais roulé au ralenti a cause de plugins selon eux b sur, j ai donc changé et cela est devenu pire ! Bien sur au debut,ils disent c est ta faute, mais m y connaissant un peu programmation, je leur ai prouvé que non!! Il faut vous y connaitre pour faire passer votre message avec eux! Puis le service a la clientèle est juste pourri, aussi bien en francais qu en anglais. Entre ceux qui te disent que ca prend 3h alors que ca a pris 1 semaine a resoudre mon probleme et ceux qui te disent : avez-vous effacé les cokkies, y a de quoi devenir fou....Bref à éviter
J'aimerais en apprendre davantage surtout sur le (manque de) service, surtout si nous nous exprimons en français.... À part nous faire payer très cher pour la moindre demande... on nous méprise un peu lorsque l'on ne parle pas suffisamment l'anglais. Il faut passer par un intermédiaire qui parle français pour obtenir des réponses... et encore!!! Les techniciens n'écrivent qu'en anglais... mais Godaddy veut vendre ses services...au Québec.... C'est une honte de nous traiter avec tant de mépris
