Was a good host for several years, but now they no longer respond to tickets, my SSL certificate has not been renewed for a month which has killed my traffic. Can't even access CPANEL any longer the link comes back not found. Would no longer recommend them!
I own high traffic eshop which was previously hosted with A2 (recommended to me from the web agency which I used back then). The problem is that A2 could not manage to make my website load fast and also had some offline times. I could not afford losing income and traffic so I start looking for new hosting provider and thanks God that I found CyberHour! I have opt for their KVM VPS 6GB plan and not only have better loading speed but I also have ZERO downtime! The support team take care for the migration completely free (Hostinger asked for $$ )! Strongly recommend!
Hey folks, just come to say that CyberHour is the best offshore hosting provider out there. Seriously, those guys know what they are doing. Moved my website from A2Hosting because my website was continuesly under DDOS and A2Hosting failed to protect me. With CyberHour I'm still under DDOS but the differense is that my website is with 100% uptime since I transfer :)
The price is more than great for what you get! Fast SSD CPU and Premium Bandwidth with 500GBPS DDOS protection. Server is extremely reliable with no significant downtimes. Download/page load speeds are quite cool. Have contacted support on three occasions, always quick replies and resolve all my noobish issues. They have fairly earned stellar reputation. After dealing with nightmare scenarios from other hosts (Arvixe ,Hostgator and the top one GoDaddy..), I'm completely satisfied with my experience hosting on CyberHour so far. As long as they keep it real, I'll keep paying them to do so!
I've been doing web dev for 8 years now and have used most well known providers from HostGator to Siteground, inmotion, a2hosting , fastcomet (lol I also tried GoDaddy for a month). Most started out good and slowly declined or were bought out by the crappy EIG (if you care for your project or customers RUN AWAY from EIG ) that run HostGator and a number of others and the service went downhill from there.
I can say that Cyber Hour , hands down has been consistently great. What makes them outstanding in my mind (aside from the things you would expect from a host) is their SUPER FAST SERVERS and support -- it's FAST and awesome. If you need VPS with cPanel it will be delivered within 10min or less with NO additional cost (others charge extra for installing cPanel!!!) Needless to say that they don't bitch and complain or talk down to you like you're a toy or monkey that doesn't know what they are doing when you ask for technical help either, so there's that.
I'm using their Unmanaged VPS Hosting and when I have any issue they do help me even if i'm not paying for managed support!
They also provide one of the best DDOS protection on 500Gbps capacity ( I did test with 10Gbps on my Minecraft server and LOL my server was like there was .. nothing :D ) And yes another +++ is that they don't have any sneaky hidden prices you pay the same price you have signed for life! I'm owner of one fairly big forum with over ~700 members online and 2-4k guests and those stats are similar 24/7 . Having my Forum online no metter what is really important task. The staff of CyberHour did the migration of the forum w/o downtime and I pay NOTHING for the migration! Using their Advanced VPS plan and I'm more that happy with! My VPS was never offline (yeah! for the past 8 months I'm on 100% uptime!) zero lag or latency and superb ddos protection which is important for me. They are also offshore hosting provider with privacy protection and accepting Bitcoin.
They are not the cheapest but we all know that cheap hosting = issues / downtime and headache ;)
